Service Description

The application allows you to apply creative filters to your photos to enhance them easily. Some features are available for free, while others require a Pro subscription, which unlocks additional filters.

Subscriptions and Payments

- Subscription Offers: The application offers weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions, automatically renewed at the end of each period unless canceled by the user. - Payment: Payments are made via your Apple ID account. Once the purchase is confirmed, the subscription amount will be debited. - Managing the Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period. - Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled.

User Rights and Responsibilities

- You agree to use the Application in accordance with the law and these Terms. - You must not attempt to compromise the security or proper functioning of the Application. - You are responsible for the information you provide in the Application.

Intellectual Property

The application does not include any content subject to intellectual property rights. All creations made using the application (edited images, compositions) belong solely to the user.

Limitation of Liability

Prismatic strives to provide a quality Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Prismatic shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.

Prismatic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be informed of these changes via the Application or by email. Continuing to use the Application after notification of changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

Prismatic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application in case of non-compliance with these Terms.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of disputes, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
